Reception Rooms

There are 5 unique reception rooms around this coastal Party House rental. The Great Hall is a big open space overlooking the second-floor gallery and leads to a delightful terrace with an idyllic sea view. This space is perfect for relaxing, playing, and socialising - enjoy an afternoon tea or pre-dinner drinks, perhaps borrow a good book from its extensive library, or challenge someone to a fun chess match.

The Dining Room provides seating for 28 guests and can be set up according to your preferences. The room leads to one of the many terraces, that boast staggering views of the bay which are accessible by using two sets of beautiful French doors.

The Drawing Room, referred to as the Sky Room, has large windows throughout providing you and your guests with stunning views and immediate access to the beach terrace. The room features comfortable seating, an indoor gas stove fire, and a grand piano. This space also features a large flat-screen TV, Sonos Soundbar, Blu-ray, and Freesat.

The Billiard Room was designed as a Gentleman's Club and is a terrific entertainment spot, perfect for a nightcap after dinner. This room is the only room in the house where smoking is permitted. There is also an additional bar with karaoke for those looking to party on into the night.

The Cinema Room is located at the heart of the house and is ideal for children and those young at heart. The room consists of a flatscreen TV (with access to Sky, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney), Blu-ray, Wii, and several Wii games, and a large selection of board games and toys.

Bedrooms

This large house to rent has 12 en-suite bedrooms, which can be arranged according to your needs. Upon booking, guests are given a floorplan of the house, highlighting the options available. There are a number of zip & link beds, which can be arranged to form either twin rooms or super-kings. Each bedroom offers its own attractive features, and views of either the garden or the sea.

Entertainment at Tenby Manor

This beach house in the South of Wales will keep you entertained no matter the season of your stay. The musicians in your group will be able to not only enjoy their favorite songs on a Sonos sound system (which is installed all throughout the house) but also jam by taking advantage of a Grand Piano and the Music Studio consisting of an electric guitar, bass guitar, an amplifier, drum set, and other various percussion instruments. For those looking to relax, you'll be happy to know that there's your very own Therapy Room at Tenby Manor which works great if you'd like to bring in a treatment specialist. There's also a fitness room with a view of the bay that will keep you in shape even whilst enjoying a lovely getaway.

The best feature of this large house in Wales is that you and your guests can enjoy complete privacy with outstanding views. Acres of land with private gardens, woodlands, and a picturesque bay. You'll be able to enjoy these views from the various terraces, next to a wonderful fire pit that will enable you to stargaze long into the night. The bay also comes with its own boat slipway (which can be used but you'll need to inform us beforehand).

If you're in search of a pet-friendly venue, please note that this coastal Party House rental can host a maximum of 2 dogs.

Corporate Retreats at Tenby Manor

If you are planning a unique corporate retreat, this Party House is a lovely option. The calming sea breeze will definitely help you rejuvenate before you return to your fast-paced working life. The 5 reception rooms can be used for meetings, brainstorming, important discussions, and also just to relax and socialize. There are 23 individual beds that could be used by the delegates. In your free time, start a snooker tournament while bonding with your coworkers. The dining room has tables and chairs that can be moved around according to your desired arrangement and therefore be used for conferences or meetings. If the weather is kind, you can also utilize the outside terrace for a more fun meeting with an enchanting beach view. 

Weddings at Tenby Manor:

Tenby Manor is a fantastic location for hosting small, intimate wedding ceremonies. With 3 licensed areas (the Sky room, the Great Hall, and even the garden!), you can have the seaside wedding of your dreams. With the exception of 2 staff members who are required by law to attend, you will have the house, grounds, and even a beach, entirely to yourself. Tenby Manor sleeps up to 34 guests, but can accommodate up to 50 day guests for your ceremony. The owner's do not offer specific wedding packages, but rather give you the keys to the kingdom, allowing full control over your special day. Additionally, the owners can provide a list of trusted caterers and other service providers, who can help make your special day perfect. 

Wheelchair Accessibility at Tenby Manor

Tenby Manor is accessible on all 3 floors by vehicle. A couple of portable and extending wheelchair ramps are available (not suitable for electric wheelchairs) so please do let us know if this is something you'd require.
