This large Party House to rent near Lyonshall consists of 5 fully equipped kitchens with 5 fridges including, a large American style fridge and a double range cooker. Everything you would ever need to make that perfect meal, from crockery, cutlery, glasses, cookware, wine glasses, and tumblers will be available for your use. There is also a great dining table that seats 16 people whilst having the option to extend it for up to 40 guests.

This big house in Herefordshire comes with 3 uniquely styled reception rooms, allowing you to benefit from quality time with your loved ones and a catch up on recent events. The clock view room with its three comfortable sofas offers tne perfect spot for your afternoon cup of tea or coffee. Snuggle into a comfortable armchair and enjoy a book next to the open fireplace in the Tack Room.

Bedrooms

This large Party House to rent can perfectly accommodate from 16 up to 23 guests in its 8 bedrooms. Be it a family with two children that want to be accommodated closer to one another, or a couple seeking privacy, each guest will find their perfect bedroom with an en-suite bathroom at the Kington Lodge. Each room consists of comfortable beds with Egyptian cotton linen, and are supplied with large white bath sheets, a cotton waffle dressing-gown, and hand towels. 

• Bedroom 1: a double bed and 2 single beds on a mezzanine and a full-size sofa bed, with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 5)
• Bedroom 2: a double bed, a single bed on a mezzanine, with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)
• Bedroom 3: a twin room with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: a king-size bed with a sofa and a bath (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 5: a queen-size bed or twin room (bed can be either two single or queen) with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 6: a double bed, a single bed with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)
• Bedroom 7: a four-poster double bed, a single bed on a mezzanine with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 3)
• Bedroom 8: a double bed and 2 single or a double on mezzanine with an ensuite bathroom (sleeps 4)

Entertainment

Start your day with a swim in an outdoor heated swimming pool (available from May until September) and continue your afternoon with a relaxing time at the onsite hot tub and sauna. Have an entertaining evening in the media room with a cinema surrounded by your family playing board games, Wii, and X-box. For all the active guests, there is also a squash court, while the musicians in your family will be able to play their favorite songs on the grand piano.
