A hot tub can also be hired at each of these holiday homes near Nottingham for an extra fee of £200 per house. 

Forest Lodge 

This wonderful property can accommodate 16 guests in 8 unique en-suite bedrooms. It is a hunting lodge with quirky features and breathtaking lakeside views. Since this home comprises two properties in the same courtyard, you will enjoy two cosy living rooms - one of which comes with an open fireplace and a snooker table. This is one of our holiday homes near Birmingham with an upside-down layout meaning the bedrooms and snooker room are downstairs and the kitchen and dining area are upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite dishes and the dining area can accommodate 16 guests. Furthermore, there is a fireplace and a bar area. 

There are 8 en-suite bedrooms - 6 doubles and 2 twins, and an extra shower at Forest Lodge. Each room comes with tea/coffee facilities and fluffy robes. 

The outdoor area at this venue is spacious and comes with furniture as well as a BBQ area. A hot tub can also be hired on-site for an additional fee of £200. 

Forest Park House 

Forest Park House is the second property on Forest Lake Estate. Sleeping 12 guests in 5 luxurious bedrooms, this home is spread across 3 floors. The antique furniture and decor in combination with modern-day facilities will ensure you have a comfortable stay. Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped country kitchen. Adjacent to the kitchen is the breakfast room with far-reaching views of the surrounding countryside and the lake. The spacious dining area can seat all 12 guests and offers a grand setting with its wood fire feature and exposed wooden beams. Walk up a flight of stairs to access the cosy lounge area with an open fireplace and comfy sofas and armchairs.

The 5 beautiful bedrooms enable a good night’s sleep as well as a morning wake up tof breathtaking views of the private fields. Each bedroom comes with towels, fluffy robes, and bed linens. Additionally, there are 3 modern bathrooms, 2 of which come with free-standing roll-top baths. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor. 

Forest Park House comes with not one but two patio terraces for you to have your summer alfresco meals or BBQ parties. Both have outside furniture and sun loungers. A hot tub can also be hired on-site for an additional fee of £200. 

This Party House in Lincolnshire does not come with a dining area big enough for all 28 guests, but there is the communal space and bar in Forest Lodge. Furthermore, the outside areas can easily accommodate 30 guests seated for dinner.
