Kitchen & reception rooms:

Linseed Lodge is divided into the main house and an annexe with an additional bedroom, and a small kitchenette and living area. Focusing on the main house, the spacious, fully-equipped kitchen provides an ideal space for preparing delicious meals. The kitchen also features a small table, that is great for having a bite of breakfast or assisting the chef during meal preparations. Leading off from the kitchen, the dining area offers ample space for all 24 guests, making Linseed Lodge an ideal setting for gathering over a delicious meal.

When it’s time to relax, guests are spoilt for choice. The cosy living room provides sink-in sofas centred a truly unique and stunning fire place. There is another, equally cosy space with a pool table, a bar and some sofas that is great for some friendly competition, connecting over a drink, or watching a film together. Making our way outdoors, we find ample outdoor furniture for summer BBQs and al fresco dining. Moreover, there are 2 hot tubs for soaking away your stress and a fire pit with a circle of chairs for toasting marshmallows and telling stories.

Bedrooms:

Linseed Lodge offers 6 bedrooms of varying distillation, as well as a sleeper couch in the annexe that can be used ad an additional bed. The main house features 18 beds between 5 bedrooms, with the annexe serving as a romantic retreat or introvert’s quarters with 1 king sized bed. The bedrooms are arranged as follows:

• Bedroom 1 - 2 x single beds, 1 bunk bed 
• Bedroom 2 - 3 x single beds
• Bedroom 3 - 3 x single beds 
• Bedroom 4 - 3 x single beds
• Bedroom 5 - 1 x double bed, 3 x single beds, 1 x super king bed
• Bedroom 6 (Annexe) - 1 x king bed
• 1 x sofa bed in annexe
