Her Majesty’s House boasts a variety of interconnected function rooms inside and outdoor, perfect for all year round. You can find two luxurious lounges that showcase exposed stone fireplaces; the perfect combination for winding down after a long but loveable day of exploring the Cotswolds and what it has to offer. Additionally, guests are introduced to a projector room and bar area; sit back with your favourite drink, relax and treat yourself to your favourite film or series. The luxury villa also offers a large dining room, prepared for 26 individuals with large windows that extend around the room; feel the warmth of the summer’s sun whilst tucking into a feast, carefully created using one of the venue’s four ovens.

The kitchen is a chef’s dream; equipped with 4 ovens, 2 hobs, 2 dishwashers, a variety of utensils and equipment and more, you’re destined to be eating well for the total of your stay. If that’s not enough, get involved with the pizza oven/ braai or BBQ located outside in the confounding courtyard, neighbouring the picture-perfect pool which is also heated between the months of April and October… Doesn’t that sound tempting?

Bedrooms:

The group accommodation possesses nine bedrooms that can sleep up to 24 individuals; double beds can be transformed into singles upon request. Each unique bedroom entails quirks of its own, all spread across the first and second floors of the venue.

Bedroom 1: This bedroom homes a king-sized bed alongside a single bed, perfect for families. An en-suite is attached to this bedroom.

Bedrooms 2 & 3: These bedrooms both offer king-sized beds with en-suites present.

Bedroom 4: You can find a king-sized bed alongside 2 single beds and an en-suite; suitable for families or children.

Bedroom 5: This bedroom offers a single bed additional to the comfortable king-sized bed and en-suite.

Bedrooms 6 & 7: Both bedrooms present king-sized beds, both with en-suites.

Bedroom 8: This bedroom has a king-sized bed, but you will be sharing the beautiful bathroom with bedroom 9, perfect for families.

Bedroom 9: Offers a king-sized bed with 2 single beds.

Entertainment:

Her Majesty’s House offers a variety of entertainment facilities including a heated pool, an outdoor oven, pizza braai and a large firepit for when the evening becomes a little too crisp! The patio and garden’s courtyard are perfect for celebrating and get-togethers in the summer’s heat; that’s all just outdoors!

Inside the luxury villa, guests can find a large and decorative dining area, perfect for celebrations and family get-togethers. Additionally, there are 2 living rooms equipped with fireplaces as well as an additional snug room, these rooms are great for catching up with friends or simply winding down and enjoying the atmosphere. The projector room is perfect for the children whilst parents socialise in the villa’s own bar or one of the many bars or restaurants located within and surrounding Painswick.

Outside of the large group accommodation, you can find numerous walks and trails surrounding the venue as well as Painswick Golf Club, just a short 5-minute drive away. Painswick, ‘the Queen on the Cotswolds’ invites guests to visit it’s many escapades such as the Rococo Gardens, stunning all year round but especially in the summer; the Church of St. Mary is a popular venue for weddings, christenings or just to go and see the site. If you’re tempted to venture further than Painswick, Camden is just a 50-mile drive north whilst Bath is a 50-mile drive south, both locations full of culture, history, and multiple lively bars and restaurants. Her Majesty’s House has it all and is anticipating your arrival.
