Just a couple of steps away from the house, there's a number of walking routes leading to the wonderful Chiltern Hills. But you won’t be the only one enjoying these walks; Catweazle manor, Berkshire, is a pet-friendly accommodation, with pets more than welcome outside as indoors! The large lawns accompanied by the barbeque area are perfect for any kind of celebration; from a family get-together to hen and stag parties.

Reception Rooms & Kitchen

There are three cosy reception rooms with an additional oak-panelled storage room; here, guests can help themseleves to a large selection of glasses and extra dining chairs. Equipped with heavy oak beams, a roaring gas fire, two comfortable sofas and more, the sitting room is the perfect place to relax with your friends and family. The drawing room is the second reception room, fitted with a high vaulted ceiling that exposes stunning oak beams, an oak floor and a large fireplace with a red brick chimney- this room is perfect for nestling into the couch after a long day of fun. The room also boasts 3 large sofas and comfy armchairs to sit back and relax. There is also the Old Hall, where you can find a large inglenook fireplace and a chesterfield sofa.

The kitchen is a spacious area with a dining table that can sit up to 18 individuals. Guests has access to all the appliances needed to cook a delicious meal. With granite worktops, an oven, microwave, a large fridge and freezer, a Miele coffee machine, and a dishwasher, you won't be left unequipped! The kitchen additionally boasts 6 armchairs, perfect for a mid-cooking break.

There are 2 bathrooms in this quirky English house. Bathroom 1 has a sink, a bath and a shower over the bath combination. Bathroom 2 has a sink and a bath. Neither bathroom has a toilet, however, there is one upstairs and one downstairs.

This quirky English house is situated within 4 acres of grounds and has 2 gardens where you can enjoy the heated pool (open late May bank holiday - mid-September), a game of croquet or the trampoline for the younger ones.
